Competitive aquatics, swim lessons and a water park1908 Coliseum Drive, Hampton, VA
Hampton Virginia Aquaplex is an aquatic center built for competitive swimming and diving, artistic swimming and water polo, and it also hosts Mid-Atlantic and national meets. Families come for youth swim lessons, the Summer Splash Camp and kids' birthday parties, while adults can join the Masters Swim Training program for workouts aimed at fitness and open water events.
The outdoor SplashDown Park is a separate section with two waterslides, a lazy river, a zero-depth play pool, in-water basketball hoops and a play structure, and it is open daily through Labor Day weekend. An on-site cafe serves food and drinks, and poolside food and beverage service is available at SplashDown Park. Pool and facility hours are posted on the site, with shorter weekend hours, and the Aquaplex is at 1908 Coliseum Drive in Hampton.
