SEACOAST ATHLETICS

Seacoast Athletics is a fitness gym offering personal training, small group sessions capped at four people, and large group strength and conditioning classes with about 30 classes a week. Coaches build programming around each person's abilities, goals, injuries and health history, and nutrition plans are individualized as well. The gym also has an in-house physical therapist who works on acute and chronic injuries, including pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Personal training and small group sessions are scheduled by appointment through a call request on the website, and there is a waitlist for joining. Online coaching is available for people who can't make it to the gym, along with the Axiom fitness score and Bloom, a strength app for women. The gym is at 58 Lafayette Road in North Hampton, New Hampshire, and the site lists its hours on a separate schedule page.
