Equanimity Massage and Wellness

Equanimity Massage and Wellness offers massage and bodywork aimed at relaxation and pain relief. The menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and custom therapeutic massage, along with Sarga bodywork, table shiatsu and a signature 90-minute session with aromatherapy and warm towels. Red light recovery and far-infrared sauna sessions are also offered.

Visits are by appointment only, and you can book online or by phone. Gift certificates are available, and memberships are offered. The studio is on 169th Street in Hammond. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice require half payment before future bookings, and repeated no-shows require full payment or can end access to services.
