Precision Decks

Precision Decks builds custom decks, three-season porches and outdoor features such as pergolas, privacy screens, fire tables and outdoor kitchens. The company has been building in the Twin Cities metro since 1996 and says its work is designed around the homeowner's home architecture and Minnesota weather. The company guides projects from the first design consultation through permitting and final punch list, and says it provides all-in pricing and a dedicated project manager. Its warranty is listed as two years on craftsmanship. Projects are scoped in-home, and the office at 20150 75th Ave N in Corcoran is open by appointment only. The company lists Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Shakopee, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Inver Grove Heights, Lakeville, Rosemount and Blaine among the communities it serves.
