Los Primos Restaurant

Los Primos serves authentic Mexican and Peruvian cooking, with a large menu built around bold, traditional flavors. The kitchen is known for carne asada tacos, quesabirria when it is available, and Texas fajitas with grilled steak, chicken and shrimp. Peruvian dishes sit alongside the Mexican menu, including lomo saltado, a stir fry of marinated sirloin with onions and tomatoes served with rice and french fries, and a ceviche of fish cured in lime with aji limo, served with Peruvian corn and sweet potato.

Guests can order online for takeout or delivery, or eat in at the restaurant on North Pointe Drive in Hagerstown.
