House of Kobe

House of Kobe is a Japanese restaurant known for its teppanyaki grilled meats and its sushi bar. The Hirai family opened it in 1981 to bring traditional Japanese cooking to Hagerstown, and the menu runs from grilled dishes to sushi bar specialties like uni (sea urchin) and o-toro (tuna belly).
