SDI Inc.

SDI Inc. is a general contractor handling residential and commercial projects, from single repairs to full remodels. Kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, decks, roofing and repairs are among the core work, along with structural framing, tile and waterproofing, and storm or water damage restoration. The company says its own crews do the work rather than subcontracting it out.

SDI serves Lake Villa and Lake County, Illinois, and offers free estimates, with same-day estimates often possible. The company states it is licensed, bonded and insured, and it handles insurance paperwork for damage repairs when it applies. Hours are weekday business hours, and the office is on East Burnett Avenue in Lake Villa.
