Mr. Heatmizer

Mr. Heatmizer Heating and Cooling handles furnace, air conditioner and boiler installation and repair, along with dual fuel heat pumps and ductless mini split systems. The company has been in business for many years and is a York Liberties dealer, so it can offer those brands and Synchrony financing for larger installs.

Service calls are handled by phone, and customers can ask for a free estimate before work begins. Several reviewers describe same-day visits for urgent repairs, including a weekend call, and the company lists an emergency line on its site. Reviewers also mention technicians who explain the problem clearly and don't push unnecessary upgrades.
