Indigo Massage

Indigo Massage offers therapeutic bodywork aimed at pain relief, improved mobility and muscle tension, with deep tissue and relaxation massage as its core sessions. Each visit is customized to what the body needs that day and may include cupping, hot stone therapy, gua sha and passive stretching. Certified options include prenatal massage, manual lymphatic drainage and myofascial release.

The practice was opened in Lindenhurst in 2023 by licensed massage therapist Heidi Van Der Bosch, who previously spent more than a decade in a chiropractic setting. Certified modalities are booked separately from standard sessions. New clients pay a non-refundable $25 deposit that goes toward the first session, and cancellations require 24 hours notice. The Lindenhurst studio is on the second floor up a flight of stairs, and a second location is in Antioch. Insurance is not accepted, but flexible spending and health spending debit cards are.
