Heaven on Earth

Heaven on Earth Salon Suites is a leasing facility for beauty professionals who want to run their own business. The building holds 20 furnished salon suites, and tenants lease them to work independently while sharing a waiting area, laundry room, restroom and break room. Each suite comes with a shampoo bowl, dryer, styling chair and storage cabinets.

Leases run one year, six months or month-to-month, with utilities included except phone service. Tenants set their own schedules, and the building offers 24/7 access with overnight surveillance. The company also runs a mentorship side for stylists moving into ownership. Heaven on Earth is located in Gurnee, Illinois, on Grand Avenue.
