Concierge Property Management LLC

Concierge Property Management LLC manages single-family rental homes for owners and handles the day-to-day work of renting them out. Its services include tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, routine property inspections and accounting. The firm has been in business since 2010, and its managing broker, Shannon Lasky, is also the owner.

Owners get transparent reporting and can follow their properties through an owner portal, while residents can use a tenant portal and submit maintenance requests online. The office is in Lake Villa, and the firm works with owners and residents across Lake County. Concierge also offers real estate services for buyers and sellers, though its focus is residential management.
