Porticoni Industries LLC

Porticoni Industries is a construction company that handles remodeling and new construction, with work covering bathrooms, kitchens, porches, patios and decks, windows, and basements. The company also builds additions and does carpentry, and its woodworking shop makes furniture and custom cabinets. Two owners, Sean Portley and Jay Miconi, bring a combined 43 years of experience in the construction industry.

The company is based in Guilford and says it wants to improve the local shoreline area, where both owners grew up. Free estimates are offered, and the team stays in regular contact with customers until a job is finished. Quotes can be requested through the website or by phone.
