New Haven Middlesex Realtors

New Haven Middlesex REALTORS is a trade association for real estate professionals. Its affiliated New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School offers the courses needed to get a Connecticut real estate license, along with continuing education for licensees who need to renew. Members also get access to the association's meetings, events and networking.

The association's charitable foundation raises money for local causes, including a diaper drive and holiday family support. Members receive free notary services and a free three-hour continuing education course if they pay dues by the deadline. The association also keeps a directory of industry partners such as home inspectors, mortgage lenders and insurance agents. The office is on Boston Post Road in Guilford.
