Bright Years Academy

Bright Years Academy runs a child care and early learning center on Boston Street in Guilford, taking children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Classes are grouped by age, from infant and young toddler rooms through toddler, preschool and pre-kindergarten, with before and after school care for school-age children. Infant and toddler rooms have two teachers for up to eight children, and preschool rooms have one teacher for up to ten.

The center was acquired by Bright Years Academy in 2023 and has about 40 years of community history behind it. Parking spaces sit close to the entrance, and staff will keep a child's car seat on site. A key fob system limits entry to enrolled families and staff, and cameras cover classrooms, halls and play areas. Five separate outdoor play areas and an indoor gym give children room to move in any weather. Tuition can be paid by ACH or credit card, and the center accepts several assistance programs, including Care4Kids.
