Mercy Technology Services is the technology arm of the Mercy health system. It builds and manages Mercy's Epic electronic health record and runs data analytics work aimed at improving patient care. The group also supports the MyMercy patient app, the website and on-site systems that patients use to reach Mercy services.

Mercy Technology Services works behind the scenes rather than at a front desk. Its two Missouri data centers, one in Washington and one in Sunset Hills, keep Mercy's hospitals and clinics online, and the main facility is monitored around the clock.
