VOA Ohio & Indiana

VOA Ohio & Indiana, the local arm of Volunteers of America, runs thrift stores across Central Ohio and Greater Columbus. Donated goods are sold in the stores, and the proceeds fund the group's programs for veterans, people in mental health and recovery, people re-entering from the criminal justice system, and families and individuals who need housing.

There are seven Columbus-area stores, including locations on Indianola Avenue, Henderson Road, Hamilton Road, West Broad Street, McDowell Road in Grove City, Old Diley Road in Pickerington, and East Broad Street. Most stores are open daily, with shorter Sunday hours. The group offers free home pick-up for donations and accepts car donations through its auto program. Shoppers can also sign up for a loyalty program.
