Grove City Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in both gi and no-gi classes, along with Muay Thai, MMA and martial arts for kids. Adult and youth BJJ programs are offered, with youth classes for ages 5 to 13 split into age groups so kids learn at their own pace. The Muay Thai program covers punches, kicks, knees, elbows and clinch work, and the gym has produced MMA competitors.
