Nashoba Paddler Rentals rents Old Town canoes and kayaks and BIC stand-up paddleboards for trips on the Nashua River in West Groton. Paddles and life vests are included for all ages, and rental staff help with boat handling, safety tips and what to look for on the water. Guests can explore the main river, the Squannacook tributary and the quiet oxbow of Dead River.
Rentals are launched from the company's own site, and paddlers can go out for hours in either direction. Every participant must sign a liability release in advance, and minors need a parent or guardian to sign. Season passes and gift certificates are available, and group rentals are arranged by contacting the business directly. The rental stand is at 398 West Main Street in Groton.
