Farm-to-table dining on a working livestock and produce farm61 Lowell Road, Groton, MA

Gibbet Hill Grill is a farm-to-table restaurant built around a multi-acre livestock and produce farm on its own property. The chef shapes the menu around what is in season, so dishes like seared salmon, cider-brined pork chop, brown butter gnocchi and a range of grilled steaks rotate with the harvest. The bar is known for its craft cocktails, including a house-bottled rum punch, and a wine and beer list.
Dinner is served Monday through Friday from 4 PM and on weekends from 11:30 AM, with a lunch menu on weekdays. The dining room closes between 3 and 4 PM on weekdays, when guests can still order from the all-day menu in the bar or lounge. Takeout is available, and private events can be booked. Gift cards are sold online and can be used at the grill and at several sister restaurants. The restaurant sits on the 100-acre Gibbet Hill Farm in Groton.
