A+ Restoration

A+ Restoration is a family-owned restoration company that handles water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, crawlspace repair and sewage cleanup. Its services also include biohazard cleanup, reconstruction after severe damage and roofing, and it says it works with all insurance companies. Crews are IICRC certified and insured, and the company says it will do the rebuild as well as the dry-out, so customers do not have to find a second contractor.

Emergency response runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a stated goal of arriving on site within 60 minutes of a call. Estimates are free and on site. The company offers a one-year satisfaction guarantee on its services and a two-year guarantee on mold removal. Its main office is on West Smith Valley Road in Greenwood, with a second location in Carmel, and it serves the Indianapolis area and Bloomington.
