Travelers Rest Animal Hospital

Travelers Rest Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital housed in the old Travelers Rest post office building. The practice handles wellness and preventive care, vaccinations, dental work, general and orthopedic surgery, and advanced diagnostics, and it also covers allergy care, internal medicine, pain management and pet nutrition. It is AAHA-accredited, a designation the practice says only about a third of veterinary practices in North America hold.

Pet owners can request appointments online or by phone, and the hospital also offers boarding and bathing for pets. Urgent problems after hours are referred to partner emergency hospitals in Greenville and Mauldin. The clinic sits in the downtown area of Travelers Rest, and it has served local families since 2004.
