The Rutherford GVL

The Rutherford is an event space in a 1950s historic building at 520 Rutherford Road in Greenville, just outside downtown. The two-floor venue offers three hosting spaces totaling more than 10,000 square feet, with original exposed brick, wood beam ceilings and hardwood floors. The Brick Room upstairs holds 175 guests, the Warehouse downstairs holds 175 and opens to outdoors through three glass overhead doors, and the Courtyard holds 200 across roughly 4,000 square feet enclosed by a privacy fence.

The Rutherford works with outside caterers for food and cocktails, including Woodside Bistro and Southern Libations, and has a prep kitchen for caterers on site. Table and chair rentals, a house sound system and AV equipment, microphones and on-site parking are included. Washrooms are on each level. Event inquiries are handled through the contact form, phone or email.
