Soho

Soho is an upscale furniture and home decor consignment store in Greenville, operated under the name Southern Housepitality. The showroom sells gently used furniture, artwork, mirrors, rugs, lighting and decor, from traditional to modern pieces, and has been open since 2006 with a 7,500 square foot showroom. Its inventory is carefully evaluated for condition before it reaches the floor.

Soho takes items on consignment every day and splits the sale price 50/50 with consignors, with the store's sales staff setting prices. Shoppers can request a 24-hour approval hold to try an item at home, though all sales are final. Pickup and delivery is available within a 10-mile radius for a flat fee, and the store is at 110 Mauldin Road in Greenville.
