Openfields is a consulting firm that helps leaders and organizations tackle complex social challenges. Its team of strategists, analysts, researchers and coaches designs and facilitates learning experiences, with work that ranges from scenario planning and data strategy to program evaluation. The firm is known for the South Carolina Food Insecurity Risk Map, built to help local partners target the root causes of food insecurity.

Clients include universities, philanthropies, nonprofits and corporate groups, and most engagements run as collaborative team work through learning cohorts and facilitated sessions. Executive coaching and an executive residency are available for individual leaders. Openfields was founded in 2014 and lists offices in Greenville, Asheville and Washington, DC, with its Greenville office in South Carolina. It also has a meeting space for groups.
