Next Manufacturing

NEXT Manufacturing is a shared manufacturing facility on Birnie Street in Greenville, South Carolina, where small and growing manufacturers lease space. It takes companies from young start-ups to well-established firms, and the building is set up for collaboration among tenants.

Leases are flexible and short-term, and the facility offers a support system for tenants that the company describes as extensive. Current tenants include companies that have launched or expanded there, and some use the space to host customers for meetings and demonstrations. Anyone looking for manufacturing space can contact the leasing team by phone.
