New Horizon Family Health Services

New Horizon Family Health Services is a community health center that has provided primary, dental and behavioral health care since 1992. Its medical staff offer preventive care and ongoing management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis and digestive disorders, for children and adults alike. The center also runs an on-site pharmacy, laboratory services and an HIV program through the Ryan White Program.

New Horizon accepts private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, and offers a sliding fee discount for patients who qualify based on income. Ryan White services use income verification, and patients at or below 100% of the federal poverty level pay no out-of-pocket costs. Locations include the West Faris Road office in Greenville, with others in Greer and Travelers Rest, plus mobile medical and dental units.
