Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina

Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina is a nonprofit that runs retail stores, donation centers and free career services across 16 Upstate and Midlands counties. Its stores sell donated gently used goods, and the proceeds fund career training and job placement programs in a wide range of industries.

People can shop at the stores, drop off donations of goods, cars, computers, furniture or money, or get help from a career specialist online or in person. The organization also runs the South Carolina Vocations and Individual Advancement program, which employs people with disabilities. The headquarters is on Haywood Road in Greenville, and the site lists a separate Clemson boutique and donation center.
