Evolve is a wellness studio built around contrast therapy, alternating heat and cold in saunas, steam rooms, infrared saunas and cold plunge pools. Members and drop-in guests can also book massage with a Master Massage Therapist, use a self-guided recovery space with red light therapy and compression sleeves, or join instructor-led contrast therapy classes of up to 15 people.

No experience is needed to join a class, and guests can drop in or sign up for a membership that covers classes, the recovery space and community events. Massage is by appointment. The studio sits near the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville, and it also serves drinks and snacks for people passing through.
