Crème Shack

Crème Shack is a small-batch, hand-rolled ice cream shop serving made-to-order rolled ice cream, a style sometimes called Thai-style. Each cup is poured onto a -20°F plate, chopped and scraped live with mix-ins, then topped and handed across the counter. Signature choices include the Cookie Monster, Strawberry Cheesecake, Funky Monkey and Fresh Kiss, along with coffee and chocolate bases, milkshakes, scooped ice cream and açaí bowls.

You can build your own combination by picking a base, one mix-in and up to three toppings, with a cookie, syrup and whipped cream if you like. Most items can be made dairy-free, and vegan bases are available. The shop is on Main Street in downtown Greenville, and it is a family-run spot where the line usually forms at the door.
