Combs Chiropractic & Wellness is a family chiropractic office that treats low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches and migraines, and injuries from car accidents. The office uses Chiropractic BioPhysics, and care is built around an exam, consultation and X-rays for each new patient. Patients range from children and pregnant women to athletes and seniors.

The office is on Haywood Road in Greenville, and patients come from across the Upstate, including Taylors, Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville and Travelers Rest. Pediatric and prenatal visits are offered. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, with afternoon hours Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, so calling ahead is a good idea. The practice was formerly LaBelle Chiropractic and was founded in 1989.
