Dockham Builders

Dockham Builders is a full-service general contractor that builds custom homes, and also handles renovations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, window replacements, new siding, and deck and screen porch construction. The company also takes on commercial construction. Its work is described as covering site preparation, excavation, plumbing, heating, electrical, insulation, drywall, roofing, woodwork and final painting, handled through a staff of carpenters and project managers.

Dockham supervises the site day to day, manages vendors and trade partners, and handles building permit applications. Clients can follow a project through shared plans, photos and budget records in a project management app. The company has been working in New Hampshire and Maine since 1988 and is based at 676 Portsmouth Avenue in Greenland, New Hampshire, where it works mostly on seacoast homes.
