The Attic

The Attic combines a full-service espresso bar, a loose leaf tea shop and a used bookstore under one roof. Espresso drinks, cold brew, frappes and smoothies are made to order, and the coffee is roasted locally, with fair trade and organic options. The used books are mostly hardcover, often in like-new condition, and you can browse them while you drink your coffee or tea.

The space covers more than 3,000 square feet, with room for friends to meet, book clubs and community groups, and laptop work with internet access. Sweet and savory snacks are available with your drink. The shop is on Bodart Street in Green Bay, and owner Ashley Martin has run it since July 2023.
