Berkshire Rental Properties

Berkshire Rental Properties manages a curated set of vacation homes across the Southern Berkshires, from cozy cottages to larger houses that suit groups and multi-generational families. Guests can book by the weekend, month, or season, and each home is professionally prepared with clean linens and a kitchen stocked with essentials. The company also helps homeowners list and manage their properties and offers real estate services for buyers and sellers.

The team is led by founder Claudia Laslie, with Sarah Dixon, and has been serving the region since 2005. Support continues during a stay, and the team can answer questions while guests are on their trip. The office is in Great Barrington, and some homes have hot tubs, fire pits, outdoor grills, or are pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
