Strengthen Me Counseling Website

Strengthen Me Counseling is a counseling practice led by Russell Gregory, a Licensed Professional Counselor who also has 15 years of experience as an ordained pastor. The practice focuses on inner healing and works with teenagers, adults, couples and families on issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, marital problems, pre-marital counseling, blended family concerns, divorce recovery and ministry wounds.

Sessions begin with a safe, respectful space and a treatment plan tailored to each client, with realistic goals and coping strategies worked out together. Appointments are scheduled by calling or texting the office or by email. The practice has offices in Grapevine and Fort Worth, and the Grapevine office is on Highway 26.
