Resa's Healing Hands

Resa's Healing Hands is a massage therapy practice run by licensed massage therapist Teresa Lacey. Sessions focus on finding what is causing pain and working through the areas that need attention, using trigger point therapy, deep pressure technique, myofascial release and scar tissue therapy. Swedish medical massage, prenatal massage and recovery work after surgery are also offered.

Each visit includes guidance on posture and simple techniques for maintaining muscles at home, and relaxation massages are often scheduled between therapy sessions. Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes. The practice is located at the Innovative Life Solutions Wellness Center in Grapevine. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, online payment and a client portal are available, and gratuity is not required.
