HOI Property Services

HOI Property Services is a home inspection company run by owner Chase Owen, who holds a long list of InterNACHI certifications along with IICRC water restoration and NORMI indoor air quality and mold credentials. Core work includes full home inspections with thermal imaging, radon testing through an Illinois-approved lab, mold evaluation with samples analyzed by an accredited third-party lab, and air quality and particle identification testing. Buyers, sellers and property owners are the main clients, and many of the jobs tie into real estate transactions.

HOI is based in Peoria and travels up to about two hours to serve communities across Central and Northern Illinois, including Bloomington-Normal, Springfield, Champaign, Galesburg and Rockford. Scheduling is available Monday through Saturday, and clients can book online or by phone. Radon, mold or air quality testing can be added to the same visit as an inspection. Reports are delivered the same day, and they are available in English and Spanish.
