Timberleaf Trailers

Timberleaf Trailers builds handcrafted teardrop trailers in its Grand Junction workshop, one at a time, with hardwood interiors, aluminum exteriors and a rear galley kitchen. The company offers three models: the Classic, a full-featured flagship, the Pika, a more compact off-grid option, and the Kestrel, the lightest and most minimalist of the three.

Trailers are built to order. Buyers submit a build form, pay a deposit and sign an electronic purchase agreement, and trailers are built in the order received, with the owner's team confirming details about two months before completion. Finished trailers can be picked up in Grand Junction or shipped, and the shop sends photo updates during production. The company is at 826 Justice Ct. in Grand Junction, and it runs an annual campout for owners.
