Skin Addict Beauty & Wellness Academy

Skin Addict Beauty & Wellness Academy is a planned beauty school in Crossville for aspiring beauty professionals, career changers and working estheticians. The proposed 750-hour aesthetics curriculum covers skin science, sanitation, hands-on treatment practice, client consultation and business management. Nail technology, massage therapy and lash training are also in the planning stage.

The academy is still in development and is not accepting applications or seat reservations yet. Its plans depend on Tennessee regulatory approvals, and tuition, class schedules and facilities are not set. Founder Tanya Smith is leading the project, with small cohorts and supervised practice planned. People can join an interest list for updates, and the academy plans to serve Cumberland County, Cookeville and Fairfield Glade.
