No Coast Sushi

No Coast Sushi is a locally owned sushi restaurant serving fresh sushi and sashimi, specialty rolls, sushi bowls, ramen, udon and teriyaki. Fish is brought in throughout the week, including fish flown in from Hawaii. The menu also has a full vegan section with vegan sushi rolls, plant-based appetizers and vegan ramen and udon.

Guests can sit at the open sushi bar and watch the chefs work, or come in for lunch Tuesday through Saturday. Takeout and delivery are available through online ordering, and pickup orders placed through DoorDash carry no extra delivery fee. A private conference room is available for meetings, birthdays and small gatherings. The restaurant is at 1st and North in Grand Junction, next door to First Street Tattoo Parlor, and hosts DJ nights and community events.
