Marquez Construction Co

Marquez Construction Company is a design-build construction firm that handles projects from initial consultation through design and construction. Its portfolio includes an office build-out for ICON Eyecare, a contemporary hospice pavilion for HopeWest in Grand Junction, a historic remodel, and a residential remodel in Redlands. The firm also does landscaping projects that blend natural features with functional design.

The process starts with a project consultation covering scope, budget and timeline, followed by a proposal, design presentation, design development and client approval before construction begins. Clients receive interior elevations to see the layout before work starts. The office is in The Atrium at 2515 Foresight Circle in Grand Junction, and new clients are invited to get in touch to start a project.
