Cookey's Mechanical

Cookey's Mechanical is a plumbing and heating contractor in Grand Junction, known for large commercial and industrial mechanical installations as well as custom homes, multifamily developments and residential remodels. The crews handle hydronic heating, gas piping and process piping, and the company also works with developers, contractors and real estate firms on estimating, 3D coordination and value engineering. The business traces its roots to 1983, when it began as Cookey's Plumbing & Heating.

The company offers free estimates and handles both big projects and smaller plumbing jobs across western Colorado. It does not offer 24-hour emergency service, so urgent problems should be planned around its business hours. Its apprenticeship program is registered with the Colorado Department of Labor. The office is on North Commercial Drive, and hours shift between a summer and a shorter winter schedule.
