Cactus Bloom Therapeutics is the practice of Dr. Andrea Marchese, a physical therapist and licensed massage therapist. The focus is on people with ongoing pain that hasn't fully resolved, injuries that keep coming back, or progress that has stalled under traditional care.

Every session is one-on-one and adapted to the individual rather than a standard protocol, and appointments are never rushed or double-booked. Follow-up questions can be sent through a patient portal between visits. Initial evaluations run 60 to 75 minutes and follow-up sessions 50 to 60 minutes, with payment due at the time of service. The office is in Suite A at 1203 Colorado Avenue in Grand Junction.
