Anna & Associates

Anna & Associates is a real estate team at RE/MAX 4000 led by Anna Derby, a broker associate with an MBA and luxury home marketing certification. The team works with buyers and sellers across Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade and Mesa County, and sellers get professional photography, online exposure and a marketing plan built around their home. Shannon Simons, Katie Leavitt and office manager Darci Pitt round out the group.

Buyers can start with a conversation about their lifestyle and needs, then search current listings or new construction projects such as The Meadows at Hillview Estates and The Court on G Road.
