Central Nebraska Orthodontics provides braces and clear aligners for children, teens and adults, led by Dr. Steven Meier. The practice offers metal and clear braces, two-phase treatment for children, Invisalign clear aligners, and orthopedic growth modification and orthognathic surgical options. Digital iTero impressions and i-CAT 3D imaging are used during treatment planning.

The practice has offices at 530 Diers Ave in Grand Island and 5609 1st Ave in Kearney. New patients can schedule a consultation with the doctors and team, and there is a $20 scheduling fee due when booking a new patient exam. Retainer replacement is available through a Retainer Assurance Plan, and aligners can be shipped directly to qualifying patients.
