Ketzler's Schnitzel Haus

Ketzler's Schnitzel Haus is a German restaurant and biergarten known for its schnitzel, with pork, chicken and veal versions served with Jäger sauce, sauerkraut or grilled onions. The menu also includes a Hawaiian schnitzel topped with black forest ham, pineapple and Swiss cheese, Oma's meatballs over spätzle or mashed potatoes, bratwurst, Reuben sandwiches and potato pancakes. The kitchen also handles catering and events, and the family recipes come from the owner's grandmother and mother.

The restaurant is at 201 E Pearl St in Granbury and takes reservations. There is a happy hour Tuesday through Friday from 2 to 6 pm, and live accordion music on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Ketzler's also offers to-go orders and hosts events in the biergarten, including Oktoberfest and German pig roasts.
