Southern Maine Mechanical

Southern Maine Mechanical installs and services heat pumps, central air conditioning, boilers, furnaces and ductless mini-splits. Cold-climate heat pumps sized for Maine winters are a core part of the work, and the company handles the paperwork for Efficiency Maine rebates on qualifying installs. It also takes on commercial HVAC service and installation for businesses, multi-family buildings and property managers.

The company is owner-operated, and the same local crew that gives the estimate does the installation and follow-up. Estimates and consultations are free, and financing is available for larger projects, subject to credit approval. Emergency calls are answered around the clock, and you reach a technician directly rather than an answering service. Office hours are weekdays. The business is based in Gorham and serves Greater Portland and nearby towns.
