AKFickett Tree

A.K. Fickett Tree is a locally owned tree service that does crane-assisted tree removal, forestry mulching, lot clearing, storm cleanup and brush removal for residential and commercial properties. The company also offers roadside clearing for construction and contractor projects, and local hauling and material delivery with a tri-axle dump truck. Founder Andrew Fickett started the business in 2014 with a borrowed chainsaw and a small trailer, and it now runs skid steers, wood chippers, excavators, skidders and cranes when a job calls for them.

The company handles emergency calls around the clock for storm damage and hazardous trees. Free estimates and free consultations are offered, and jobs can be scheduled by phone at the number listed on the page. Work covers Southern Maine and surrounding areas, and the business is based in Gorham.
