24/7 Flood Response

24/7 Flood Response is a family-owned water damage restoration and mold remediation company based in Golden. Its work covers water and flood damage, sewage backups, burst pipes, appliance and hot water heater leaks, storm damage, mold remediation, and fire and smoke damage. It also handles asbestos abatement and some specialty biohazard and crime scene cleanup.

The company answers calls around the clock, every day of the year, and says it picks up live rather than sending callers to voicemail. It covers the Front Range, including Denver, Boulder, Aurora, Lakewood and Littleton, and it works with insurance companies on claims and offers financing. Free estimates are available, and the owners, Tim and Jody Graffam, run the business with their children.
