Lucy Dowd Law handles estate planning and estate administration, with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianships and special needs trusts making up much of the work. Families with an adult relative who has a disability come to the firm for guardianship and disability trust planning, and elder law matters are also part of the practice.

Initial consultations are offered, and some work can be handled virtually. Lucy is known for patient explanations of the documents and quick replies to email. The Gloucester office is in The Wheelhouse at Harborside on Commercial Street, and the firm also keeps an office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
