Green Hills Academy of Martial Arts

Green Hills Academy of Martial Arts teaches kids, teen and adult martial arts classes with a focus on self defense, along with skills like focus, discipline and respect. Children, teens and adults each have their own program, and the school says martial arts suits any age, gender or experience level. Students progress toward black belt at their own pace, with no set timeline.

Parents are welcome to watch kids' lessons, and adults can sometimes join classes alongside their children. No prior fitness is needed to start.
